Well Testing Panels
BOUSTEAD Well Test ESD Panels are equipped with integral hydraulic power units to provide necessary actuating supply to well shutdown valves. Logic circuitry is provided to monitor the vital process parameters and safely shutdown the well upon detection of any abnormal conditions . Opening and closing of the shutdown valves are appropriately sequenced.
Necessary logic is also provided for charging & monitoring of ESD and Fusible loop and alarm / shutdown. Additionally, the status of Hi-Lo pressure pilot loop is monitored and alarm / shutdown initiated. Welltest panels are constructed using SS316L material, fully welded and water-jet tested to comply with NEMA-4X requirements. Gauges and controls are recessed to minimise risk of damage during frequent transportation. High Pressure Quick connectors are provided for eas of portability and setting up.

Booster Charger Units
For use when pre-charge pressure requirement of an accumulator is more than the commercially available nitrogen cylinder pressure, or to eliminate wastage of commercial gas when using commercial nitrogen bottle to charge the accumulators as in latter case gas charging stops as soon as the pressure of the nitrogen cylinder and the accumulator gas pressure equalize thereby necessisating cylinder replacement even if it is not fully empty.
Controls & Electrics gas boosters raise the pressure of low pressure nitrogen gas supply inlet to the required pre-charge pressure of the accumulators .
The Booster unit is equipped with a gas driven booster pump which is driven by low pressure Nitrogen supply. Outlet pressure of the Booster unit is adjustable from the front of the unit by adjusting the Gas supply pressure to the unit. Nitrogen supply pressure, Regulated nitrogen pressure, Charge gas inlet pressure and outlet pressure are indicated by SS pressure gauge mounted on the front of the unit.
Safety valves are provided for protection of the unit and the operator.
The unit is assembled on a SS 316L skid and is portable for ease of operation.
